-Only 1 team per age group per club.

-ALL CLUBS MUST BE AFFILIATED AND PROVIDE A QUALIFIED FIRST AIDER FOR THEIR MEMBERS.

-All teams will be expected to provide their own umpires, unless they have be requested and paid for. Umpires will only be placed neutrally for the semi-finals and finals. 

​

-Umpires must be a minimum C award, or working towards the C Award, and will have a mentor present on the day.

-All teams understand and agree to implement and follow any COVID guidelines, as set out by England Netball, for their own members at the time of the tournament.

​

-Team entry fee will not be returned, if 2 weeks or less notice is given of a team withdrawing from the tournament is given.

-Due to a limited number of courts. RVNC has decided to limit the number of team entries per age group to 16. If those 16 places are not taken at the end of the deadline then clubs will be offered additional team entry, on a first come first served basis.
